Summer School success
The Entrepreneurship Institute introduced 350 students to entrepreneurial thinking at King’s 2017 Summer School.
The international pre-university students are spending the summer at King’s to get a taste of London and university life.
Attendees heard from entrepreneurs on the King’s20 accelerator about their inspirational journeys from students to business leaders, their top tips for making the most of the university experience and had the opportunity to ask questions.

The session was designed and led by Jeremy Shorter, Learning Programme Manager at the Institute who said;
“It was a really successful session and great to meet so many new faces. Skills to innovate and think entrepreneurially are vital for any course and career so our aim was to inspire students and introduce the opportunities available to them. The nature of work is changing and more and more students are broadening their horizons and looking at the potential of working for themselves and starting their own exciting ventures.”
