Emeritus Professor Anne Duggan gives talk on London Eye

On 1 May, Professor Duggan took part in 32 Londoners on the London Eye: a series of literary talks in the capsules of the London Eye. 

Each of the capsules was given over to a well-known authority on a famous Londoner and speakers included Sir Andrew Motion, Ken Livingston and Dan Cruickshank. 

Professor Duggan's talk was on Thomas Becket who was born in Ironmonger Lane in the heart of the City around 1120.
