Liberal Arts student awarded for prize-winning undergraduate History essay
The Liberal Arts programme and History department send congratulations to Mr Jibran Khan, a graduate of King's Liberal Arts program, who has won the 2015 Carl Menger Essay Prize awarded by The Society for the Development of Austrian Economics. Mr Khan won the prize for his American History dissertation entitled, "An American Ideology: Destutt de Tracy and Jeffersonian Economics“. The prize comes with $500 plus a travel stipend and three nights accommodations at the New Orleans Marriott Hotel to attend and present at the Southern Economic Association in November. The prize will be presented at the Society’s annual dinner.
