Dr Nishanth Sastry interviewed by Telecom TV

Dr Nishanth Sastry, Senior Lecturer in the Centre for Telecommunications research group in the Department of Informatics, was interviewed by Telecom TV about how the internet of things and big data will influence the insurance industry. Dr Sastry says that the main challenges in the area aren’t technical, rather they're the result of reluctance to enact organisational change.
