Win a £150 Amazon Voucher in the Informatics Image Competition 2013

The Department of Informatics is running a competition to find images and videos that capture different aspects of what we do as a Department. There are two categories: "Life as a King’s Informatics Student" and "Research at King’s Department of Informatics". For each category one winning entry will be chosen. Each winner will receive a £150 Amazon Voucher.

This is the second time the Department has run such a competition. The winning entries from last year can be seen on our display screen on the 6th floor, are currently appearing in an exhibition in Chapters, have appeared in Comment (the College's regular publication) and are being used on Departmental publicity material.

The entries should be visually striking and should capture some aspect of the relevant category. Be creative! Graphics, animations, simulations etc. welcome, as well as photographs and videos. Each entry must be accompanied by a short and simple description of how it relates to the category entered. The closing date for the competition is 30 June 2013.

The competition is open to all students, staff and alumni of King’s College London. To take part entrants must accept and follow the terms and conditions of the competition. Entries can be submitted through email to infimages@kcl.ac.uk. For further details please see the website.
