Professor gives computing conference keynote

Professor Michael Luck, Head of the Department of Informatics, gave a keynote presentation at the 2012 national Argentinian computing conference, which was held in La Plata, Argentina from 27th August until 31st August. Organised by the Argentinian Society of Informatics, the JAIIO conference involves 14 different events, including the 13th Argentine Symposium on Artificial Intelligence, and the 1st Argentine School on Artificial Intelligence. Professor Luck gave a keynote at the former, and a tutorial at the latter.

While in Argentina, Professor Luck was interviewed for the leading computing magazine, Information Technology, which published a profile feature on him and his research in its September issue.
