Defining your own Success
The Student Experience Team has announced the next ‘Fit to Perform’ initiative.
‘Defining Your Own Success: Mindfulness and the Law’ is an innovative panel discussion aimed at helping students find balance in their studies and future careers.
In the current legal landscape, defining your success as an individual has never been more important. Staff and students in The Dickson Poon School of Law have been invited to join Flynn Coleman, a lawyer and the founding mindfulness teacher at the Dickson Poon School of Law, Dean David Caron, Lord Judge, Professor Rob Wintemute and Professor Ben Bowling to discuss inspiring stories and ideas on success, balance, and living a mindful and purposeful legal life.
The Fit to Perform programme launched on November 13 with a talk by Flynn Coleman, international lawyer, mindfulness and creativity consultant.
Staff and students have been invited to the event, which takes place on 3 February 2014, by email.
