Philosophy at King's College London is ranked 4th in the UK and 16th in the world in the 2018 QS World Subject Rankings.

The subject has climbed 7 places in the world ranking and one place in the UK ranking in the past year.

The Department of Philosophy is firmly committed to excellence in teaching, offering a wide range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including specialist, research-led MA programmes in the philosophy of psychology, the history of philosophy, the philosophy of medicine, and language and cognition.
