February Recap
March 2nd is University Mental Health Day
This year’s University Mental Health Day, hosted by Student Minds, is focused on getting active for mental health. King’s will be hosting free activities and events throughout the day to open up conversations about the relationship between mental and physical wellbeing, encourage students to build supportive social networks through activity, and inspire students to put steps into place to include activity in their lives as a way to support their mental and physical health. To see the timetiable and receive more information on the day’s events visit www.kcl.ac.uk/UMHD.
