Hodder and Stoughton Audiobooks have released The Complete NIV Audio Bible, read by David Suchet CBE (TV's Poirot).Professor Paul Joyce and Dr Edward Adams of the Department of Theology and Religious Studies were advisors on this project. The NIV is the world's most widely-read English Bible translation.

The actor, best known for portraying Agatha Christie's Detective Hercule Poirot between 1989 and 2014, described the recording as the culmination of "a 27-year ambition."
