Money & Housing Advice

Accessing our services

We advise students face-to-face on campus and online.  We can also provide advice via email and telephone depending on the complexity of your enquiry. Before getting in touch always check Student Services Online as the answer to most questions will be on there.

Our service specialises in complex money, funding and housing casework.

Registering with the service, requesting an appointment or email advice

If your case is complex or someone has signposted you to our service we advise that you request an appointment using our Registration and Enquiry Form below.  You can also use this form to request advice via email but we do need you to provide all your contact details and a full explanation of your situation in order to provide detailed advice:

  • To register with the service we require some personal information from you. Your information will be processed in accordance with Student Support & Wellbeing Services Privacy Notice: https://www.kcl.ac.uk/campuslife/services/about/privacy-notice.pdf If your enquiry is more suited to another Student Services team, we will pass this on for you. We can also pass on your query to another team within King's or our external partners if you give us consent to do so at the end of this form.
