How to book an appointment or register for email advice
If your case is complex or someone has signposted you to our service we advise that you request an appointment using our booking and enquiry form below. You can also use this form to request advice via email but we do need you to provide all your contact details and a full explanation of your situation in order to do so:
This booking form is for the use of the Visa & International Student Advice Service and Money & Housing Advice Service only. Depending on the nature of your enquiry sometimes another team may be better placed to advise or assist you. Usually this is another team based within Student Services; to save you time we will forward your enquiry automatically, copying you in so that you are aware the query has been passed on to our colleagues.
In other situations, where advice is required outside Student Services we will need your authorisation to forward your query to the relevant team. Please read and check the following options to give your consent in advance. This will help us to manage your enquiry more efficiently. If you have any questions or concerns please call the Student Adviceline instead of using this form www.kcl.ac.uk/adviceline
If relevant please send us any documents relating to your case in advance
By submitting this form you are consenting to KCL Advice Services (Visa & International Student Advice or Money & Housing Advice) opening a case file in your name. We will retain this enquiry form, our advice and subsequent communications on our case management system, access to which is limited to our advisers and support staff in Student Support & Wellbeing Services. Cases will be retained for reference, statistical monitoring and auditing purposes for a period of six academic years after your engagement with our team has been concluded. All statistical monitoring information will be anonymised.

If you have any questions about how we process your data please do not hesitate to contact us via email@example.com.
We have a number of social media pages which we use to post information and provide students with a forum to share their experiences, swap ideas and interact with each other. Please note that this is not an appropriate forum to seek individual advice on complex personal issues and these should be directed to us via email, phone and online forms as above.
Our services are confidential, please refer to our current Service User Policy for further information.
