How to book an appointment or register for email advice
If your case is complex or someone has signposted you to our service we advise that you request an appointment using our booking and enquiry form below. You can also use this form to request advice via email but we do need you to provide all your contact details and a full explanation of your situation in order to do so:
Social media
We have a number of social media pages which we use to post information and provide students with a forum to share their experiences, swap ideas and interact with each other. Please note that this is not an appropriate forum to seek individual advice on complex personal issues and these should be directed to us via email, phone and online forms as above.
Our services are confidential, please refer to our current Service User Policy for further information.
