Educate to inspire and improve
Supporting curricular and co-curricular learning through partnerships with artists and cultural organisations
King’s Education Strategy sets out the university’s ambitions to provide a transformative education that ensures our graduates are civically and socially minded world citizens, highly employable, entrepreneurial problem solvers and independent critical thinkers. We want our students to graduate from King’s equipped to be the change makers of the future: confident, engaged and connected, knowledgeable in their chosen field and with an interdisciplinary mindset.
King’s cultural connections offer distinctive learning opportunities both in and around the curriculum that support these goals. They help students test their learning in real world environments and to develop their creative thinking, networks, confidence and employability skills.
King’s is committed to supporting the positive wellbeing of our students, including through arts and culture, and to leverage the university’s cultural partnerships in providing extra and co-curricular activities that contribute to health and wellbeing.
