Shana Tova

22 September 2025

"As our new academic year begins, so does the new year in the Jewish calendar with the celebration of Rosh Hashanah. I want to wish all our Jewish students and staff Shana Tova, a sweet and good year.

Rosh Hashanah begins the Jewish High Holidays that continue with Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, and Sukkot, celebrating God's sheltering presence. It's a time, as all new years can be, for celebration and for reflection, for repentance and new beginnings, for celebrating the ties that connect us to our community and for remembering our shared humanity with all people.

May this new academic year bring blessings for us all - and, Shana Tova to all our Jewish staff and students."
