Focused Festivals
We've adapted our careers fairs into a new innovative offer for 2020-21 with our new sector-specific focused festivals providing an even greater variety of options to engage our audience and build your brand through virtual activity, which continues to place direct student interaction at its heart.
You'll be able to host a virtual stand, online content and arrange timings for students and recent alumni to meet with your representatives with the latter scheduled around your own commitments. This means you can also invite colleagues across your organisation to meet with King's talent and manage your resource as efficiently as possible.
We're also inviting employers to engage in a variety of associated virtual delivery throughout the Festivals, including:
- Virtual panels as part of our Discover Careers In Series
- Virtual skills workshops as part of our Future Advantage Series
- Bespoke educational workshops driven by you and curated by our specialist Employer Relations & Development Advisers

Never in our lifetimes has such a focus fallen upon the healthcare sector, it's importance in our lives and in wider policy making. As we enter into the immediate aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic this event is designed to educate our students on the short-term changes to the sector, its responses and allow employers to engage and recruit from our talented population.
King's houses the largest cohort of students studying health-related subjects in Europe across medicine, bioscience, psychiatry, neuroscience, nursing, midwifery and dental sciences and is ranked in the top twenty globally (QS, 2020) for life sciences & medicine.
The Festival welcomes:

- Biotechnology and bio-engineering firms
- Health policy organisations
The event is targeted at penultimate year students and finalists though also attracts a number of first years seeking information on the pathways available to them in both a vocational and non-vocational capacity. It will be promoted to students across King's, with a range of backgrounds and attendees will expect to meet with representatives from recruitment as well as practitioners and medical professionals.
We're keen to partner with organisations keen to deliver specific educational workshops across a range of topics and discuss how the health sector is adapting – you'll be able to express your interest in the booking form.
