Join us for a 30-minute seminar on 3D light-sheet imaging combined with multiplexed spatial biology, followed by an interactive Q&A and a complimentary lunch, offering a valuable opportunity to network with colleagues and peers in the imaging community. Open to all King's students and staff interested in imaging, this event is free to attend, but registration is required. Please register by 13 October 2025.
This Imaging Bites seminar will present a workflow that combines whole-organ 3D imaging on the UltraMicroscope Blaze with multiplexed 2D spatial biology on MACSima. High-resolution light sheet datasets are used to localize regions of interest, followed by rehydration and sectioning for quantitative protein mapping across hundreds of markers, linking 3D tissue context with detailed 2D molecular profiling on the same specimen.
