Marketing Technology & Behaviour Hub Launch
Bush House, Strand Campus, London
The Marketing Technology & Behaviour hub launch event will introduce the hub’s core agenda: exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping behaviour across consumers, organisations, markets, and society.
The launch will bring together researchers and practitioners to examine how developments such as AI, digital platforms, automation, and data-driven systems are changing the ways people search, decide, consume, work, and interact. The hub positions marketing as a key lens for understanding the behavioural implications of technological change, while connecting academic research with practice, policy, and public debate.
The event will feature sessions addressing themes such as AI and consumer decision-making, digital platforms and market transformation, data-driven marketing systems, and the societal implications of marketing technology.
Discussions will consider how collaboration between academics, businesses, policymakers, and wider stakeholders can help shape the hub’s future activities, ensuring that its research agenda addresses real-world challenges, generates actionable insight, and contributes to responsible technological innovation.
The launch event will be held in person in London, and all attendees are asked to register in advance.
