Our distinguished speakers include Christine Harrison, Professor of Science Education at King’s College London, known for her extensive experience in assessment, pedagogy, and inquiry-based teaching.

We are also honoured to have Lilian Bacich, Director of Tríade Educacional in Brazil, with over 28 years of experience in education and expertise in innovative teaching methods.

The event will be moderated by Arthur Galamba, Senior Lecturer in Science Education at King’s College London and Coordinator of the STEM Education Hub.

Christine Harrison (UK – King's College London)

Professor of Science Education at King’s College London, Prof Chris Harrison is a renowned expert in science education, known for bridging research and practice. With extensive experience in teaching and research, she focuses on assessment, pedagogy, and inquiry-based teaching. As a Professor of Science Education, she guides STEM teachers and supervises PhD students in classroom-based research.

Lilian Bacich (Brazil – Triade Educacional)

Director of Tríade Educacional, with a PhD in School and Human Development Psychology (USP) and experience in education for over 28 years, Bacich led the Hybrid Teaching Experiments Group and reviewed translations of education books. She is an editor of books on learning theories, hybrid teaching, and innovative education.

Senior Lecturer in Science Education at King’s College London, Dr Galamba is director of PGCE Science, PGCE Physics and PGCE Physics with Maths, and the STEM Education Hub Coordinator.
