On 16 February 2017 the Yeoh Tiong Lay Centre for Politics, Philosophy and Law held the second Law & Justice Fora. The forum was on 'The Future of Europe', and featured a range of diverse and high-calibre speakers from academia, politics and the media to discuss without ideological blinds the challenges that Europe faces.

The forum was on the topic Human Rights and Development, and featured some of the leading thinkers and practitioners in the world working at the interface of human rights and development.
