TLP – Transnational Legal Practice

We will be starting the Spring academic semester 2019 with the intensive “TLP” courses: “Transnational Legal Practice”. Offering two 15hr long modules per week over the course of two weeks.

The TLP Intensive Legal Practice programme is hosted and funded by the Transnational Law Institute. Courses are taught Monday-Friday 18.00 - 20.00 and marked on a pass/fail basis. Enrolment is open to students in the LLM and PhD programme at King’s.

TLP 2019 brings to the Law School and to King’s renowned legal scholars & practitioners to lecture on the legal practice side of Law:

The TLP is an important addition to the curricular offerings at The Dickson Poon School of Law and will be offered on an annual basis at the start of the Spring term. The focus on preparing students for legal practice in litigation, advocacy or activism, in consultancy or in an advisory capacity is a crucial component of better preparing our graduates for their future work, as the modules offer invaluable opportunities to engage with current topics from a practical perspective.
