; Narratives of Migration, Relocation and Belonging: Latin Americans in London Research Connections: Moving through the Global South 17 July 2024 Arts & Culture Narratives of Migration, Relocation and Belonging: Latin Americans in London gives voice to diverse diasporic Latin American communities in the UK by exploring migration of Latin Americans to Europe, with a specific reference to London. The authors, Patria Román-Velázquez and Jessica Retis (University of Arizona), discuss how networks of solidarity and local struggles are enacted, negotiated and experienced in different spatial spheres, whether this be migration routes into London, work spaces, diasporic media and urban places.
