Professor Clemens Kiecker delivers inaugural lecture "From lab to lecture hall - a neuroscience journey"

On 24 April 2025, Professor Kiecker gave his inaugural lecture as a Professor in Neuroscience Education at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience.

Professor Matthew Hotopf, Executive Dean, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience opened the evening by highlighting Professor Clemens Kiecker's educational contribution to the faculty and complimenting his collegiality.

Professor Clemens Kiecker is a Professor of Neuroscience Education at the IoPPN and the Head of Department and School Education Lead for the School of Neuroscience. He teaches neuroscience, anatomy and embryology. His main research interest is how brain anatomy is built during vertebrate embryogenesis.

To conclude the evening, Professor Mark Richardson, Head of School of Neuroscience and Paul Getty III Professor of Epilepsy, delivered the Vote of Thanks.
