Biography

Phil manages the Employer Relations & Development Team and oversees our core relationships with employers. His team are responsible for business development and account management in the UK and internationally, together with building our global labour market intelligence.

He also looks after our recruitment and advertising services including the King's CareerConnect vacancy board, targeted emails and sponsorship packages as well as managing employer input to our Action Essentials series of skills workshops, masterclasses and panels.

Alongside this he co-chairs our Support for International Students cross-departmental group and leads our development and engagement of services for Chinese nationals and engagement of Chinese employers and partners. This includes our annual Careers in China series with other partner universities.
