Day 1: AI and the Customer |
This module develops your understanding of what AI means for marketing and it's impact on customer behaviour and expectations. You'll explore how customers perceive AI-driven experiences across the journey. |
Day 2: Marketing Technologies and Personalisation |
Starting with an overview of key marketing technologies, from GenAI and LLMs to automation platforms and customer data systems. Following on with a panel session exploring 'Perspectives on Emerging Marketing Technologies' – an expert discussion on the opportunities and challenges of technology adoption. This module also explores strategies for personalisation at scale and how to enhance customer engagement. |
Day 3: Compliance and Strategic Integration |
Looking at key considerations for regulatory compliance in adopting new technologies. This module explores approaches for integrating AI and other tools into organisational strategy. Finally, planning next steps for effective and responsible technology adoption. |
