Metabolomics

The Facility supports NMR metabolomics studies across a wide range of biological samples, including biofluids, aqueous and lipid extracts, and intact tissues. Our 600 MHz and 700 MHz spectrometers are equipped with cryogenically cooled probes and SampleJet automated sample changers, enabling reproducible, medium‑throughput analysis of large sample cohorts. Automated sample preparation is supported through access to a SamplePro liquid‑handling robot, while a high‑resolution magic‑angle spinning (HR‑MAS) probe on the 600 MHz system allows metabolic analysis of intact tissue samples.
