The aim of the i-met research interest group is to stimulate novel collaborations in the field of Immunometabolism, a young but rapidly growing field of research. We will bring together researchers from a wide disciplinary background with a common interest but field-specific expertise in Immunometabolism. Our aim is to provide the platform to establish strong connections between our members spanning clinical scientists (metabolic disorders), advanced therapies (targeting metabolism in cancer and autoimmune disorders) (academic and industry), Autoimmune, metabolic and Inflammatory disease, basic molecular cell biology (mitochondrial research), lipid metabolism and nutrition, technical advances (diagnostics) and AI.
