Course overview
By studying Dutch Level 2, you will be able to understand general and detailed information, communicate in standard speech on a range of everyday issues, be able to read printed and handwritten script on a limited number of everyday topics, be able to write simple texts using descriptive language accurately and have developed intercultural competence.
Student feedback: The teacher is wonderful and she has clearly put a lot of effort into adapting to the new online delivering platform, with great results! She's managed to recreate the same friendly, inclusive, and open atmosphere which characterises her classes in person, and lessons with her have continued to be a highlight of my week. I've been making progress with the language, but also with my broader understanding of Dutch culture, our teacher has encouraged us to research a number of authors, poets, musicians, TV shows, books, etc. which are well-known in the Netherlands. -anon.
