Career accelerators deliver a unique education model that combines the power of leading universities and industry to ensure learning meets workplace demand for skills, knowledge and behaviours. Learners not only leave with critical-thinking skills and a growth mindset, but also a portfolio that proves they can excel in high-growth roles in the digital economy.
The King’s Product Management Career Accelerator in partnership with FourthRev and industry experts, provides an immersive, project-based experience for learners seeking a career as a Product Manager. Developed by digital experts at the Department of Digital Humanities at King’s College London, in collaboration with leaders from tech companies such as Atlassian, Dropbox, Mr Yum, Linktree and ProdPad, these partners add their expertise to coursework development, ensure learners develop skills aligned to workplace demand, offer exposure to employer networks and open up access to job opportunities.
Upon programme completion, a certificate of completion will be awarded by King’s College London. Additionally, learners achieving an average of 60% or above during this programme qualify for the King’s Postgraduate Certificate in Product Management.

What will I achieve?
- Break into a high-growth role in the digital economy with practical product management skills backed by industry and academia.
- Gain strong foundational product management knowledge and skills in product design, prototyping and testing, Agile methodologies, launch strategies, product growth and analytics, all in the context of product strategy and organisational strategy.
- Develop the human skills needed to succeed as a Product Manager, such as strong communication and influencing skills, stakeholder management, prioritisation, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Get exposed to an industry network through an Employer Project co-designed by tech and employer partners to acquire the relevant, practical abilities that get you hired.
- Develop the employability traits and personal skills you need to thrive at every stage of your career by working alongside a dedicated Career Coach in 1:1 sessions.
- Learn from leading academics and industry experts as you earn a certificate from King’s College London.
Who is this for?
Whether you’re taking your first step into product management, building on your existing experience or making a career shift, this 6-month programme has been developed to accommodate entry-level product managers as well as those at a slightly more advanced level.
What is the teaching schedule?
Your 6-month Career Accelerator starts after three weeks of Student Onboarding where you'll familiarise yourself with the online campus, get comfortable with the learning software, be introduced to your support team, connect with fellow learners and plan your studies. You then progress through three courses and an employer project, where you'll build a portfolio of evidence to showcase your new skills and competencies.
Upon successful completion of this online programme, you’ll earn a certificate from King’s College London.
