We’re pleased to announce the King’s Student app is launching on Monday 26 September 2022. We’ve built the app based on what you, our students, have told us you’d like to see, and it’s now ready for you to download and start using. With an array of useful features and links to key information and updates, the app will be an essential tool for student life on the go.
Download now for iOS on the App Store and for Android on Google Play by searching for King’s Student.
You can also access the desktop version from your web browser.

The app has been built with all our students in mind, from new undergraduates to experienced researchers. It will serve as a single point of access to essential King’s systems, including:
- Your timetable
- KEATS
- Email
- Library bookings
- Essential tasks in Student Records.

How do I access the app?
Once you have downloaded the app or accessed it via the web version, you will be able to log in using your Knumber@kcl.ac.uk and password.
The app has been developed with a single sign-on function. This means that you will only need to sign in once to access all that is available through the app, rather than having to sign into it each time you would like to use a different King’s system.
Follow pages in the app for regular updates
You’ll also find all kinds of helpful updates in the app’s Pages feature, to keep you informed of everything going on in the King’s community. It couldn’t be easier to stay up to date: simply click on the heart icon to follow a page and you’ll receive notifications both on your personal Newsfeed within the app and direct to your phone. From careers and campuses to sport and support, you can choose to follow the pages that matter most to you.
What else is in the app?
The King’s Student app also includes a curated list of big events happening on and off campus, and we have plans to expand this feature in the future to give you a single list of everything that’s going on at King’s.
Alongside all this, you can also find info on regular things to do, as well as benefits for students that you might not have known about.
What’s next?
We’ll be continually updating the app once it launches and plan to introduce a range of new functionality over the coming months. We’ll let you know when extra features are released, so be sure to keep your notifications enabled for all the latest updates.
