Have you seen our health appraisals?

Our newly opened Sport & Wellness Centre offers free health Appraisals to all in the King’s Community.

Health Appraisal provides you with a basic health check which can give you a picture of your general health and wellbeing. Based upon the results we may suggest you meet with certain health and fitness professionals within King’s Sport & Wellness who can support or recommend certain lifestyles changes.

The health check is not a diagnostic process, but based on the results you might consider visiting your GP.

The aim is to allow you to understand your body a bit better and start to take control of your health and fitness.

30-minute appointments are available from 14.15 - 15.45 every Wednesday.
