8. This MSc course is mapped by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) at the level of a CMI Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice (level 7) award. This is a prestigious recognition, showcasing managers who complete the course have exceptional management and leadership skills. Graduates are expected to be able to use the Chartered Manager ("CMgr") designation after their name (subject to final approval from the CMI), and you'll be awarded this status automatically upon completion. We'll also give you CMI membership as a 'foundation' Chartered Manager during your studies, which allows you to access the CMI resources and benefits available to members. Accreditation is subject to final approval from the CMI, and confirmation of accreditation will be published on the prospectus page once this is approved.
