Politics at King's teaches you to answer questions like these with evidence. You will study political theory, comparative politics, and world politics in depth, taught by internationally renowned experts with active research agendas in the areas you will be studying.

If you study BA/BSc Politics at King’s, you will learn in one of the UK's leading centres for the study of Political Economy— in a university ranked 4th in the UK and 11th in the world for Politics (QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026). You will be based on The Strand in central London, a short walk from Westminster, Whitehall, and the institutions you are studying.
Our recent graduates have gone on to roles at the European Parliament, the House of Commons, the Foreign Office, the United Nations, Deloitte, and Citigroup, and to graduate study at other world-class universities such as Cambridge, Oxford, LSE, Columbia, Georgetown, and Sciences Po.

You will receive statistical training from year one, with no A-level Maths required.
