Undergraduate

Studying International Development gives you an insight into the policy innovations and solutions that may offer lessons for poorer regions and countries. Our BA is an interdisciplinary programme covering development economics, politics, sociology and anthropology.

You'll gain an in-depth insight into rising economic powers, including what these countries have done that is distinctive and new. You'll also explore whether these emerging economies will endure and examine the ongoing challenges of national development they face.
