Biography
Eugene Shargorodsky did his first Mathematics degree at Tbilisi State University, Georgia in 1983-1988. Eugene was then a PhD student at A. Razmadze Mathematical Institute of the Georgian Academy of Sciences, under the supervision of Roland Duduchava. He gained his PhD in 1990 and was a Senior Research Fellow at Tbilisi State University in 1990-1996. Eugene moved to a postdoctoral research position at King's in 1996 and then to a Lectureship at the University of Sussex in 1998. He returned to King's in 2003.
