Internships for KCL undergraduate students
The Department of Physics offers two paid internships every year to students studying Physics at King's College London, who are not in either their first or final year. These internships run for eight weeks over the summer. Successful candidates work with academic staff on areas of genuine cutting-edge research.

Research internships for external candidates
The Department of Physics is a popular choice for students from other universities who wish to undertake an internship at King’s College London. Often such internships last for up to three months.
We regret that there is no financial assistance available for external internships but we welcome enquiries from candidates who have secured their own funding for an internship.
