Natalie Harreld

Natalie is a MPhil/PhD student at the African Leadership Centre, King’s College London. Her working thesis is titled ‘The Power of Followership: Theory and Case Studies.’ Natalie is investigating how social media is changing how leaders and followers interact, while also developing a followership theory to better explain how followers create change along side leaders. She holds a BA degree in Environment, Economics, and Politics from Claremont McKenna College (USA) and a MSc (Distinction) in Leadership and Development from King’s College London.
