Who is this programme for?
We want you to apply if:
- You’re a senior manager or leader committed to making an impact in your organisation and society
- You have the ambition to succeed personally and professionally
- You want to understand yourself as a leader, and learn how you can inspire others and influence the leadership landscape
- You have a minimum of 7 years of full-time executive experience (in any kind of organisation)
We know that diverse perspectives can encourage innovation. The cohort will include professionals from a range of sectors and backgrounds, all dedicated to creating a new way of doing business.
Entry requirements
To join our executive community, you will need:

At least 7 years’ relevant full-time work experience – with management or leadership responsibilities in your current role.

Ideally, a 2:1 at undergraduate level in any discipline.

Advanced written and spoken English. If English isn’t your native language, we will assess your language level through test scores or other evidence if required. Our team will be able to provide more information when you apply.

To provide a personal statement and essay outlining your readiness to study for an Executive MBA and its fit with your personal and professional goals.
We also strongly encourage applicants to submit a score for the GMAC Executive Assessment, GMAT or GRE.
