Keeping King’s safe together

We are excited about welcoming our new and returning students to King’s this Autumn and protecting the health and wellbeing of our community of students and staff is our priority.

We have carried out risk assessments on our buildings and spaces and put measures in place in line with UK Government guidance to protect the health of our community across our campuses.

Protecting our own health and each others is a responsibility we each have, please familiarise yourself with our safety measures prior to your visit.

Latest Government Guidance

Limits on the number of people you can see socially have changed. From Monday 14 September, when meeting friends and family you do not live with (or have formed a support bubble with) you must not meet in a group of more than 6, indoors or outdoors.

If you think you have symptoms...

You must stay at home if you or a member of your household develops a high temperature, a new continuous cough and / or a loss of taste or sense of smell. If you do feel unwell and you think you may have the symptoms of coronavirus, please visit the NHS 111 online coronavirus service for guidance and complete the self-isolation reporting form.

We are prepared to respond quickly to implement additional and appropriate measures where necessary and in the instance of suspected or confirmed cases. This means that students and staff may be asked not to come to campus at short notice, this is to protect yourself and others.
