Join us for a 30-minute seminar, on building custom image segmentation pipelines, followed by an interactive Q&A and a complimentary lunch, offering a valuable opportunity to network with colleagues and peers in the imaging community. Open to all King's students and staff interested in imaging, this event is free to attend, but registration is required. Please register by 29 September.

This Imaging Bites seminar will provide a practical introduction to the use of GA3 (Generic Analysis 3) within Nikon Imaging Software (NIS) for custom image analysis workflows. The talk will demonstrate how GA3 in NIS Elements software platform allows seamless creation of complete analysis pipelines, using its intuitive graphical interface. By dragging and dropping commands as building blocks, the user can build image analysis workflows that allow data preprocessing, segmentation, analysis and reporting, with comprehensive artificial intelligence and 3rd party software integrations, all in one place.

Speaker:

  • Dr. Michele Colavita, Advanced Imaging Specialist - Nikon UK
