Celebrate the University Mental Health Day by immersing yourself in the calming practice of yoga, as we lead you through gentle poses and breathing exercises, to ease tension and create a sense of an inner peace.

The 45-minute yoga session will be followed by light refreshments and a self-care workshop, which will explore the ways in which we all can better look after ourselves -- both our bodies and our mind.

Free to attend, open to both King's staff & Students.
