Biography

Frank joined King's in 2020 having completed his academic studies in psychology with a focus on sport and exercise. He graduated from Loughborough University (MSc), and previously from University of Exeter (BSc).

A qualified and experienced fitness coach, Frank thoroughly enjoys his role at King’s Sport & Wellness. Whether it’s leading group exercise sessions, workshops, giving gym inductions, or one-one coaching, Frank loves helping Students and Staff to their peak personal fitness, health, and wellbeing.

If you ever need fitness advice, or help with your physical activity or exercise routine, find him in the London Bridge Gym on Guy's campus.
