Research groups

Our research groups are based on common scientific areas, whilst our hubs focus on external research challenges, which often require expertise and ideas from multiple sub-disciplines. Hubs provide a virtual clustering of researchers and encourage and support exploration of possibilities for new research collaborations between research groups, across King's, and with external partners, with the view of developing a strong impact culture.

Research themes flow across the groups and hubs and allow researchers to approach the challenges and questions highlighted by multiple hubs with a particular methodology.
