King's has 150 years of tradition in teaching and researching Liberal Arts subjects. Its graduates from the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences – such as Nobel Prize Winners Desmond Tutu and Mario Vargas Llosa – have demonstrated how a deep understanding of these subjects can inspire a life striving for justice, global citizenship and leadership.
As one of the very first degrees of its kind in the UK, the BA in Liberal Arts follows in this excellent tradition. A flexible, interdisciplinary and innovative course, it enables students to tailor their degree from a wide array of options and subjects.
The course combines the best features of higher education in the UK and the USA, and has been featured for its innovation in newspapers and magazines across the world, including The New York Times and Times Higher Education.
Due to the shift in remote working, phone calls will not be answered, and all enquiries should be directed to department email accounts. Enquirers can request a call-back when they email if they’d like to communicate via phone rather than email.
