King’s Civic Leadership Academy
King’s Civic Leadership Academy is a new flagship social mobility programme, pairing London charities with teams of talented undergraduates for a year of mutually beneficial and impactful collaboration. Students will work on projects addressing strategic problems at each of our partner charities, supported by King’s with bursary funding and a powerful programme of leadership training and mentorship. King’s Employer Engagement provides a number of recruitment services to support organisations in #KingsLocal boroughs in graduate recruitment and provision of meaningful work opportunities including work shadowing, internships and placements. Our team of advisers work with the full range of organisations to understand your recruitment needs and provide a bespoke strategy for engaging and reaching the right candidates here at King’s.
You can also meet our students through our range of careers fairs, networking nights, panels or bespoke events with our faculties or researchers, or alert us of existing activity your organisation may already be running which we can advertise to students for free.
