Code of Practice covering student organisations within the College which are defined as students’ unions for the purposes of the Education Act 1994, namely the King’s College London Students’ Union (KCLSU). This Code of Practice outlines the responsibilities and expectations of the College Council with respect to the establishment and conduct of the student union in meeting the requirements of the legislation.
