Boost your wellbeing with Take Time Out

Feeling overwhelmed during the exam period? Don't worry, KCLSU have got your back with Take Time Out!

Take Time Out is the biggest wellbeing initiative in the academic year from KCLSU, encouraging you to take time out of your studies to explore ways to relax and boost your wellbeing. Join us from 29 April - 16 May for a well-deserved breather.

Choose from a variety of events, including craft sessions and film screenings - there's something for every taste. You can find us here:

  • 29 April - 3 May, Guy’s campus
  • 7 - 10 May, Strand campus
  • 13 & 14 May, Denmark Hill campus
  • 15 & 16 May, Waterloo campus

Come and talk to KCSLU Advice caseworkers for anything you may need help with, including mitigating circumstances and academic misconduct.

What other wellbeing support is available from KCLSU and King’s?

KCLSU Wellbeing supports you to take care of yourself and get the best of your King’s experience. Check out the Wellbeing Hub to discover the King’s Ways to Wellbeing, learn new things, discover how to savour the moment and to watch videos on the hub’s Support Cinema where students offer advice on various mental health topics.

There are also many ways to stay connected to your peers, such as a variety of Student Groups, Black Students Talk, and the Positive Peers.
