Pre-university level programmes

Application process

Once we receive your completed application and supporting documentation, a decision is usually made within 7 working days.

If your application is successful we provisionally enrol you on your preferred module. If your preferred module is full we will ask you to select an alternative module. Your place on the course is confirmed upon payment of fees.

Visas and visa letters

Overseas students will require a Short Term Study Visa before entering the country. Please read this visa information guide and visit the government's study visa web pages to find out more.

Once you have paid your programme fees, you will be sent a visa support letter confirming your place on the course and which can be used as part of an application for a Short-Term Study visa. We recommend that all students, even those who do not require a visa, travel with this letter in their hand luggage to show with their passport at UK immigration. This is to ensure they enter the country correctly.

Terms and conditions

By submitting an application and paying fees, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. These cover application, payment terms, cancellations, postponement and non-attendance.

King’s Summer Programmes adhere to the university’s fair admissions policy and King's admissions complaints procedures apply.

King's College London's equal opportunities statement makes clear our commitment to equality of opportunity in all of our activities. We are committed to promoting and developing equality of opportunity in all areas of work.
