Pre-University Summer School at a glance

The King's College London Pre-University Summer School is an academic experience designed for high school students enrolled in their final two years of study. The programme provides the opportunity to study a chosen subject at undergraduate level and helps you prepare for your future at university and beyond.

It is an intensive two-week programme, combining academic classes, project work, class excursions, university preparation advice and other skill building sessions. As a Pre-University Summer School student you will make new friends from all around the world and enjoy King's central London location.

The programme is designed as a two-week residential experience, where students live in King's College London accommodation. However, you can also take part in the programme as a non-residential participant. Information on programme fees can be found on our fees page. To take part in the programme, you must be aged 16 as of 1 September 2020.

Session dates: 

Session one:

  • Residential Dates: Monday 29 June – Friday 10 July 2020 

  • Non-residential students - Monday 29 June - Friday 10 July 2020 (Monday-Friday only)

Session two:

  • Residential students - Monday 13 July – Friday 24 July 2020

  • Non-residential students - Monday 13 July - Friday 24 July 2020 (Monday-Friday only)

Session three:

  • Residential students - Monday 27 July - Friday 7 August 2020

  • Non-residential students - Monday 27 July - Friday 7 August 2020 (Monday-Friday only)
