Mia Pranoto
Lecturer in Human Resource Management
Mia’s background is in management and industrial relations. Before joining King’s College Mia worked in several organisations in Australia and has taught in various institutions. She is currently working towards her PhD in the area of employee representation. Specifically, her study focuses on the different forms of work councils and their impact on various organisational issues. Mia teaches various courses in the areas of HRM and Organisational Behaviour.
