The British Armed Forces formally implemented the FET model during Operation HERRICK 13 (November 2010 - April 2011) in Afghanistan. Was this a successful initiative? Do FETs encourage or discourage female soldiers from being seen as "actors"? Should the military lead population engagement initiatives? Do FETs promote or impede unit cohesion?
