Advanced Leadership Programme
in Healthcare Management

In association with IE Business School, King’s Business School has launched this executive short course for senior healthcare professionals, designed to address the challenges & opportunities presented by the ever-changing healthcare sector.

Pushed to action by the pandemic, the healthcare industry has learned how to bypass long-standing barriers to innovation and new technology adoption, often at speed. Recent years have brought a focus on equitable care and a shift in the labor force, and an influx of new healthcare investments: Healthcare venture capital funds raised nearly $22 billion, marking 2022 the second largest fundraising year on record*. Fueled by breakthrough innovations, the global healthcare services market is expected to grow by 10% to $7.5 Trillion in 2022**.

In this new era where the healthcare industry is poised to be more disruptive, dynamic, and interdependent than ever, leaders must establish their credibility and gain skills necessary to guide their organisations through times of change. At the same time, they must responsibly manage and influence important organisational stakeholders, while being accountable for health products and services, financial outcomes and broader societal impact of their organisations.

This programme aims to enable and empower leaders to effectively deal with these challenges by equipping them with knowledge and skills needed to better grasp the shifts in the healthcare industry, capabilities to support digital transformation and grow innovative models, and abilities to drive transformational change.
